BOTNIA AI Energy
Energy and infrastructure for industry

Your energy, your infrastructure: take control.

Your plant already has everything it takes: consumption that can be optimised, a building that could earn more, and data nobody is looking at. Botnia turns all of it into a system and answers for the result.

One bill and one CUPS are enough to tell you what can be done and what it is worth. At no cost and with no commitment.

What we do

Botnia, in under six minutes.

See how we bring energy use, generation and infrastructure together to uncover new opportunities in an industrial building.

01

Bring your energy cost down without changing how you work.

We analyse your bill and your hourly load curve and build the mix that suits you: collective self-consumption if your roof is not enough, your own solar PV if it is, energy allocated under a PPA for what is left and grid supply for the rest. One contract and one point of contact, not five suppliers arguing among themselves.

  • Analysis at no cost, from one bill and one CUPS.
  • A mix built to fit across self-consumption, PPAs and grid supply.
  • A check every month, on your own bill, that what was promised shows up.
02

Put the space and the capacity that earn you nothing to work.

Your roof, your free space and your connection point are worth money. We have the contracted capacity raised as far as the distribution company authorises, install generation and a compute node, operate it ourselves and pay you for the space. You invest nothing, you manage nothing and you carry on with your business exactly as before.

  • Monthly rent for the space you provide, inside or outside the building.
  • Zero investment: equipment, installation, connectivity and maintenance are ours.
  • The node's battery stays as electrical back-up for your plant.
03

Artificial intelligence, working on your own data.

You do not have to build anything or hire anyone. The platform reads your bills and your load curve, runs your supply point against every option and learns from each case that closes. And if your business needs computing capacity for its own models, the network gives you that on demand.

  • Automatic reading of bills, CUPS and hourly load curve.
  • Assessment against every product line, with the status stated.
  • Computing capacity on demand, with no hardware to buy.
04

What you have not looked at is costing you money too.

Energy savings certificates for efficiency investments you have already made or are about to make. Batteries sized on your real load curve, not on a catalogue. Demand response if your profile allows it. Energy-intensive consumer status if you reach the thresholds. All of it gets assessed, and you are told yes, no, or which piece of data is missing to know.

  • Energy savings certificates (CAE).
  • Storage and demand response.
  • Fit as an energy-intensive consumer.

Why this is needed

A plant's energy is spread across too many hands.

A retailer handles the supply. The installation was built by an EPC contractor who has moved on. The battery never left the quotation stage. Nobody looks at the hourly load curve. And the bill arrives every month with nothing to check it against.

The result is familiar. You overpay for energy you could generate yourself, you sign prices without knowing which real consumption backs them, and savings decisions get made on instinct because the data sits in pieces.

Meanwhile the rules have moved in your favour. Collective self-consumption no longer requires being wall to wall, and an industrial building can be tied to generation kilometres away. The opportunity is there. What is missing is someone to organise it.

Botnia Compute

Your connection point is worth more than it gives you today.

We have the contracted capacity of your connection raised as far as the distribution company authorises, and install your own generation, a battery and an AI compute node there — inside the building or outside, on the roof or in the car park. You invest nothing, operate nothing and carry on with your business. You collect rent for the space.

And you gain electrical back-up. The node's battery stays available to your plant: when the power goes down, your critical loads keep running. A grid outage stops being a lost day.

Where you come in

Four doors, one platform.

Industry

You have a plant and a bill that does not match what you consume.

Node host: energy and compute

You have a building, a roof or outdoor space, and a connection point with room for more. We install your own generation and a compute node, and the battery backs you up in a blackout.

The route

From one bill to a working asset.

Every opportunity lives in a single case file, with its documents, its milestones and its audit trail. No email chains, no loose versions, no shared folders.

Origination and qualification

In come the customer, its tax number and its CUPS. Bills and load curve are read, and the company is checked before an hour of engineering is spent.

Assessment and offer

The supply is run against every product line. What fits gets studied; what does not is stated and closed. The offer goes out with its assumptions in plain sight.

Contracting and RTB

Digital signature, a contract per product and a case file that is ready to build (RTB): permits, connection and paperwork closed.

Construction, commissioning and operation

The EPC network builds against measured milestones. Once in service, the asset moves to follow-up: metering, reconciliation and maintenance.

To avoid any confusion

What Botnia is not.

In this market almost everyone says the same thing. These four sentences separate what we do from what the rest do.

  • We are not a price comparison site. We do not live off a retailer paying us to bring it a contract.
  • We are not an engineering firm. We work with an EPC network measured by milestones, not with an in-house construction team that has to be kept busy.
  • We are not flexibility software. The platform exists because there are real assets behind it, not the other way round.
  • We are not a conventional retailer. Grid supply is one piece of the mix, not the product.

Start where everything starts: your bill.

One bill and one CUPS are enough to tell you what can be done and what it is worth. No commitment and no cost.
